bug: add new task

There appears to be an issue with the display of subtask titles when adding them to a task. Currently, the subtask title is not being shown.

- [ ] Check the code where subtasks are added to the task. Ensure that the subtask title is properly captured and stored.
- [ ] Once the subtask title is captured, review the code that renders the task and its associated subtasks. Verify that the rendering logic includes the subtask title when displaying the task. Look for any missing or incorrect references to the subtask title variable.
