[Feature] Change on Control Center behavior when fit-to-screen is set to "false"

When "fit-to-screen" in config.json is set to false, allow Control Center to increase size depending on the different types of notifications. I like the style of the Control Center when is that short, but the problem comes when I have different notifications on it (e.g. Spotify and WhatsApp Web notifications). Control Center shows a slide bar in the right side and then you can move thru the notifications there, so this enhancement contemplates a variable size for Control Center under those circumstances.

If that's possible with the current status of Swaync, I would love to know how to activate it. That would improve my dotfiles drastically, since my configuration resembles Plasma desktop (kinda)

Start by locating config.json handling and the Control Center implementation, then reproduce the issue with fit-to-screen set to false and multiple notifications such as Spotify and WhatsApp Web. Done means the Control Center can grow according to notification content in that mode without requiring the right-side scrollbar, while its short style remains available otherwise.
