GStreamer plugins build fails

Hi,
I'm trying to build the GScream plugins on an x86_64 machine running Ubuntu 18.04. My `GST_PLUGIN_PATH` points to /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/gstreamer-1.0/

I follow the instructions on the [readme](https://github.com/EricssonResearch/scream/blob/master/code/gscream/readme.txt) page of gscream. I ran the `autogen.sh` script first and then `make`. Unfortunately, `make` fails with the below error:
