Description
CVO allows signalling of video orientation so that it can be appropriately rotated efficiently at display time. This is the ideal way to conduct rotation of video which is mostly problematic when using mobile devices.

Research direction
Start by locating the CVO-related video orientation and signalling paths in the C-based WebRTC client framework. Review how video rotation is currently handled, especially for mobile devices, and determine the required signalling and display-time behavior. Done means CVO support is implemented and validated for the relevant video flow, but the issue does not name files or tests.
