Can I build a multi-user video chat android app by editing NativeCall?

Description
I need to write an android app that support multi-user video chat. I've tried NativeCall and edited it for some days. But the result doesn't seem good.
My question is that is there a possible way to accomplish this work by just editing the NativeCall?
