Description
As discussed with @wsmoses, we have a massive load-time issue particularly coming from Enzyme.jl. We don't really need most of the functionality from Enzyme.
- [ ] Split out the EnzymeInterpreter to `EnzymeInterpreter.jl`
- [ ] Drop dependency on Enzyme. All of the functionality can be provided by overloading / overlaying EnzymeCore functions
