On 589fe5bb5967715c5dfa5b49c81151fea25cb75c and with https://github.com/EnzymeAD/Reactant.jl/pull/1138, allgathers are back: [xla_dump.tar.gz](https://github.com/user-attachments/files/19619501/xla_dump.tar.gz) and pre XLA MLIR: https://gist.github.com/giordano/d7e5dd06c664b6ad58ffc5dd9a885482
***Edit***: disabling `sum_to_conv` solves the issue, xla dump without it [xla_dump.tar.gz](https://github.com/user-attachments/files/19619554/xla_dump.tar.gz). Pre XLA MLIR in this case: https://gist.github.com/giordano/8beb071f095f7825199e4a7f447aaad8
