On scroll the active indicator is not working

Description
when we scroll to a particular section the **underline green indicator in the nav bar should indicate which section we are on**.
but its not showing.... but when we click in the navbar we are scrolled to particular section (functionality working) just the indicator is not wrking when we scroll manually.
