Disabling Villagers automatically choosing jobs

Not even sure if this is possible, but I think it'd be a great implementation if it is. I have certain enchantments on my server that aren't player accessible. Unfortunately they can get them from villagers anyway, and I don't want to disable those enchantments completely, so it'd be cool if you could prevent the event of a villager choosing that specific trade/or if you only want all villagers to default to one trade.
As a side-note, I'd also like to see an option for disabling diamond armor wearing server-wide that doesn't delete it from the inventory or allow the drag/drop loophole. Thanks for hearing me out. Your plugin is the best!
