CraftBook Jukebox IC [MC1273]

CraftBook version: 3.10.2
Bukkit version: "This server is running Paper version git-Paper-174 (MC: 1.16.2) (Implementing API version 1.16.2-R0.1-SNAPSHOT)

**Describe the bug**
Jukebox IC sign when its radius is defined with a region, song only turns on once - turn it off and attempt to turn it on again and it doesn't

**To Reproduce**

1. Make Jukebox sign
2. define region "radius" (in my case - " r:kool " )
3. turn it on, music plays
4. turn it off, music stops
5. turn it on, nothing

**Expected behavior**

For it to start playing music again
