Feature Request: Have MC1229 (Sorter) output into inventories

**Current Function**
Currently the MC1229 IC, aka Sorter, outputs into pipes or drops the item, which can be used with a hopper, but it can't directly output into chests or other inventories.

**Feature Request**
It would be nice to have the IC be able to output directly into adjacent inventories, so there would be no need for pipes or hoppers in between. This would reduce the size and cost of more granular sorting systems, possibly add a configuration option to toggle this behavior if not desired.
