Teleport should move players to the center of the block (x +.5, z +.5)

When I use the teleport command, (I happen to use /tp psplayer 100 69 100) it literally puts me there. Without the plugin, if I issue that command, it puts me at 100.5 69 100.5. It also does the same to command blocks. I happen to need the default server teleports, the one where tping to 100 69 100 really puts you at 100.5 69 100.5, because I make maps, and the commandblocks need to teleport me to a specific block, not in between them like world edit does. If you could please add an option for worledit to override regular TPs or to leave it alone, I'm sure this would help many people. Thanks, Gavin.
