Player-to-player coordinate teleportation (bug)

Hello,

Players with the basic teleporting permissions can teleport to coordinates using the following command:

/tp 99 64 99

Basically the player name, then the coordinates without commas. This is bad for servers that allow teleporting as a sponsor perk. There are no permissions to block this as it treats the command as a player.
