Streaming NIFTIs

Hi!

I stumbled upon this package when I tried to publish https://github.com/childmindresearch/nifti-stream . I wanted to link it in case you are still interested in this topic. My library attempts very similar things but works in browsers as well as node (due to the fairly new streams and compression streams APIs), and supports nifti1 and 2.

If you have any feedback or suggestions let me know, otherwise feel free to close this issue!

The issue contains no requested change, files, tests, or code entry points; it only links to the nifti-stream project and describes its browser, Node.js, NIfTI-1, and NIfTI-2 support. There is no implementation-defined completion condition, so work would require maintainer clarification before a newcomer could begin.
