[Bug]: Investigate slow performance of Horizon Dashboard on Cloud and Demo

### Expected Behavior

The Laravel Horizon Dashboard should work as expected.

### Actual Behavior

Quite often, the Laravel Horizon Dashboard is slow and clunky.

The job dashboards take many seconds to populate. Which hinders usability.

### Steps to reproduce

Open the Horizon Dashboard on Demo.
