[Feature Request]: Communicating to CalinSmartMeters via their LoraWAN gateway

### Problem Description

As a microgrid developer, I would like to use MPM to connect to CalinSmartMeters via their LoraWAN gateway so that I can read metering data from each meter that is connected to the gateway.

### Proposed Solution

I think we need to add LoraWAN gateway from CalinMeter as a device and I think that would stream data to MPM.

### Alternatives Considered

My current alternative is to connect to the CalinSmartMeters via their proprietary AMI. I can show you a demo of this if you're interested in a about a week from now when I have a few meters installed and connected.
