[Feature Request]: Consolidate `Companies` and `CompanyDatabase` objects

### Problem Description

`Companies` and `CompanyDatabase` have 1:1. Essentially `CompanyDatabase` just adds one column to `Company`.

However adding an entire new object abstraction for it, adds unnecessary complexity to the project,

### Proposed Solution

Remove the `CompanyDatabase` model entirely. Move `database_name` to `Company`
