[Feature Request]: Add beem (former Bongo) `SMS` provider

### Problem Description

beem (https://beem.africa/) is a common SMS provider. I would be great if we can integrate it into MPM

### Additional Information

beem used to be called Bongo and was already integrated into MPM. Maybe certain code pieces can be re-used.
