[Feature Request]: Document stand-alone server hosting scenario

### Problem Description

We are currently hosting the Demo on Kubernetes. However, we want to support a wide range of applications for self-hosting scenarios, and not everyone may have access to a Kubernetes cluster.

### Proposed Solution

Please write a detailed deployment guide for the standalone server scenario.

**Note:** We don't have to re-invent the wheel. There are many tools out there which help with exactly this scenario. As part of this ticket please investigate the usage of [Dokku](https://dokku.com/) for MPM
