Description
The Maintenance section is unintuitive. Below is a list of improvement suggestions:
- Rename `Maintenance` to `External Maintenance Requests`
- Make it's coupling with tickets for obvious. Maybe this should be a subsection of tickets instead?
- Review the External Maintenance Agents abstraction (Currently, all persons that do not have the `is_customer` flag are eligible to receive an external maintenance request)
- Add a way to see and manage external maintenance agents
