Meta: User facing documentation revamp

**Rationale:**

Currently, the MPM documentation is

- All-over-the-place (some in README, some in emails, some in Slack)
- Not up-to-date

and generally, not really helpful.

**Scope:**

The high-level goal is to have an intuitive and easy to consume documentation to help and guide existing users.
