[Feature Request]: Expand the Demo Dataset to better cover (clean-)cooking

### Problem Description

MPM is well suited to manage Clean Cooking use-cases. However, currently, this isn't well covered in the Demo data.

Please note, that there are two types of clean cooking devices.

- PayGO enabled electric cookstoves, like: https://www.burnstoves.com/products/ecoa-induction-cooker
- Clean Cook stoves sold via debt based schemes (with little, 2-3 rates)

### Proposed Solution

Please adjust the Demo dataset to cover this.

Note, maybe also some code changes to better display cook stoves on various MPM maps is required.
