[Feature Request]: Allow the system to generate the a token upon receiving the down payment

### Problem Description

During the assignment of an appliance to a customer, the system must generate a token for the down payment. The down payment for a paygo contract will also include the token for 30 days.

### Proposed Solution

The downpayment also include 30 days of system use.
