### Problem Description

WhatsApp business platform is a great way of reaching customers. https://business.whatsapp.com/products/business-platform

Depending of the regional availability and net stability WhatsApp might a competitive alternative to traditional SMS messages.

### Proposed Solution

Please implement a plugin to implement WhatsApp business API for messaging in MPM.
