[Feature Request]: Status Monitor for MPM Cloud

### Problem Description

While this is not an immediate concern, having a public health/status page for MPM Cloud would be valuable in providing users with visibility into the availability of core services.

In the event of service disruptions or unexpected failures, the status page would serve as a transparent communication channel to inform customers about ongoing incidents, their impact, and the actions being taken to restore services to a healthy state.

### Proposed Solution

Implement the necessary service health checks and introduce a dedicated status service with a dashboard that operates independently of core MPM services.

This service should remain available during outages or disruptions, providing real-time visibility into system health even when MPM services are degraded.
