[Feature Request]: Add paging and sorting to SoldAppliance detail view

### Problem Description

It is quite common to sell Appliances with weekly rates over 2 years and more. The leads to more than 100 rates in the Sold Appliance detail view and make it hard to use

### Proposed Solution

Please

- Separate the "Payment Plan" and "Log" view into two UI components.
- For each of the components add paging and sorting.
