[Feature Request]: Run MPM Demo/Cloud with dedicated Redis cluster

### Problem Description

In our current setup with a single Redis nodes without replicas on `k8s` we sometimes encounter the Redis cluster not being available. This can happen for example when autoscaler events happen in the `k8s` cluster and the redis pods get evicted.

### Proposed Solution

Use a dedicated, managed Redis instance instead, for example GCP Memstore.

### Alternatives Considered

Alternatively, we could setup replication on Redis level.
