[ENHANCEMENT] Alternative "puzzle" mode for framed capthca

**Describe the feature you'd like to have implemented**
It would be nice to have an option to change framed captha behavior from current (when you should rotate pieces only to understand the word and then type it in chat) to alternative, which will require player to rotate each piece until every peice is rotated as it was before randomization, without typing anything in chat

Хотелось бы иметь настройку для включения более простой рамочной капчи, у которой просто нужно правильно повернуть все карты (чтобы картинка была как изначальная), без необходимости писать в чат, а то игроки бывают немного туповаты ;)
