[ENHANCEMENT] LuckPerms contexts

**Describe the feature you'd like to have implemented**
Add `limboauth-licensed=true/false` context for LuckPerms to determine premium players. Might be also useful to have similar contexts for the social addon.

I want to give licensed players more features and commands.
