[BUG] Couldn't pass ProxyInitializeEvent to limboauth 1.1.14

LimboAuth is not starting due to error

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Install LimboAuth and LimboAPI
2. Start the server

Server starting normally

Reproduce the startup failure with LimboAPI 1.1.26 and LimboAuth 1.1.14 on the Velocity proxy setup described in the issue. Start by capturing the complete startup error and checking how ProxyInitializeEvent is passed to LimboAuth; the issue is done when the server starts normally with those versions.
