[ENHANCEMENT] Do not ask TOTP for some period.

**Describe the feature you'd like to have implemented**
An option that just needs you to just use the 2fa login once every 30 days for example.

For example;
I login to a server and use my 2fa auth code. The server remembers saves that in the database and it will not prompt any 2fa auth while I keep having the same IP Address for the next 30 days, but if I join with another IP it will require it.
