[ENHANCEMENT] /forceunpremium or /forceunlicense command

**Describe the feature you'd like to have implemented**
It would be useful to implement a command to remove the player from the premium list, it's a big deal for people who do /premium but maybe it's a cracked account and the admin wants to give them a new chance to get in.
