[BUG] Kicked with error on restart

Description
**Describe the bug**
When servers are restarting, where LimboReconnect should kick in - it kicks players.
Errors point to LimboAPI.
**To Reproduce**
Install plugins
Restart a server
**Expected behavior**
To not kick players
