[ENHANCEMENT] Custom F3 brand server name change

Implementation of being able to customize F3 server brand name via config

**Is your feature request related to an existing problem? Please describe.**
This could potentially attract malicious player who are jealous and do bot / ddos attacks aswell as potentially trying to crash server by knowing that some exploit exists after/before or at specific LimboAPI commit, which is shown fully in server brand... please, this should be changeable
