Description

**Describe the bug**
I have limboapi installed on my velocity server, and it causes that players could not see their messages ('Chat validation error' is sent to them). The message is visible in console, and also to other players, but not to the sender.

But it is weird, on one paper server it's working, on other not. For some players typing commands/messages also kicks them from the server, for others they only can't see their messages.

I only have jpremium installed, but lack of it doesn't change anything. I've checked it works without limboapi.

There are no errors in velocity / paper logs, the only message in paper logs is disconnection message with reason 'Disconnected.'. Players who are kicked from the server are seeing something like 'Failure to verify chat messages' (I don't know the exact message because of their having game translated).

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Install latest velocity and paper servers
2. Set `enforce-secure-profile` and `online-mode` on each paper server to false
3. Install LimboAPI (even without limbofilter)
4. Connect to a server and send message

**Expected behavior**
LimboAPI should not modify messages sent by players / this error should be resolved
