Late Submissions Unhandled

For late submissions that may not have been unzipped or added to the .txt, it requires re-running the program and re-generating everything along with the new submission.

As it is, I usually copy-paste the new submission into the .txt and unzip it by hand.

But a good feature would be being able to add to the existing .txt if there's a batch of late submissions.
