[CTC] Investigations update

Investigations should be updated as follows:

There are some investigations on the spreadsheet that are panel investigations. In these cases, you cannot order all of the individual tests. Instead you order that one test and then when you input the results, you give results for everything in that panel.

The three panel tests we will use are Urinalysis, Complete Blood Count (CBC), and Cerebrospinal Fluid Test (Lumbar Puncture). The things listed in blue underneath those panels should not be shown in the investigations list. Instead they should be shown in the results section only when updating the test results.

(For metabolic panel and liver function tests, we will list all of the individual lines as separate tests).
