Running the Elsa models in the symptom assessment flow on an offline environment.
Description:
Need help having the Elsa models running offline for the `mobile-addo` platform.
There are likely features missing (couldn't locate functions needed) in the `@elsa-health/model-runtime` package to make this possible.
