stuck closing transaction in high fee environment

is there a way to renegotiate or bump the fee of a stuck closing transaction?
I had a unilateral close with a peer right before the fees went through the roof this year and it seems like will remain unconfirmed and/or purged from the mempool.

There was a casual discussion on the Discord about CPFP being a fairly difficult operation to perform and/or someone perhaps developing a plugin for this situation? That would be super helpful and much appreciated!
