Description
Currently glightning has `ListChannels` and `ListChannelsBySource`, but lacks `ListChannelsByDestination`. This should be easy to do as https://lightning.readthedocs.io/lightning-listchannels.7.html already provides such capabilities and is symmetrical to `ListChannelsBySource`
