[Bug Report] ios loadmore 滚动问题 希望改进

### Steps to reproduce
微信访问 或者hybird远程外链 ios
预计原因 出在滚动方式和-webkit-overflow-scrolling:touch 的性能
滚的是mint-loadmore-content 不是page-loadmore-wrapper

### What is Expected?

希望能和iscroll 或mui 一样滚动流畅

### What is actually happening?
1 要等滚动停止才可以触发top或buttom
2 touchmove不能禁止e.preventDefault
2 hubrid拉多了直接崩溃 iscroll没问题
