el-date-picker 组件出现乱码

看着像是国际化没生效，但不清楚问题出在哪里，我自己准备做的一个日历插件，用的是 lunar-javascript ，我把插件全部屏蔽了，这个日期组件还是这样，无法正常展示，element-ui的版本是2.15.14最新的，麻烦哪位大神帮我看下
