### Description
1.el-image: 希望可以开放el-image的预览功能的遮罩点击不关闭的prop,现在是有这个属性但是没有放出来;
2.el-calendar: 希望同element-plus的展示,当最后一排都是下个月的天数时不展示出来,可以增加个属性或者什么,不是默认展示42个格子,如[issue](https://github.com/element-plus/element-plus/issues/7300);
3.el-tooltip: 当文字非常多且有滚动条的时候展示的组件会有个left: -20px;导致文字展示不全,希望能优化一下..
