[Bug Report] 为eltable的tr增加伪类before，行样式改变。但是after伪类不影响

为eltable增加css样式，tr行的伪类before
但是行的样式改变，找不到原因

### What is Expected?
表格的每一行上侧会有渐变线

### What is actually happening?
表格行错位，行样式整体改变
