[Bug Report] Are you ever going to review the pending PRs

There is 235 PR pending, seems this project is not being maintained properly and the community is being disregarded altogether

### What is Expected?
PRs to be reviewed, merged or rejected

### What is actually happening?
235 PR are just rotting away

I for example have 3 PR awaiting for more than 2 years
