[Bug Report] 最新版谷歌浏览器（97.0.4692.71）中，el-table 的样式bug

### Steps to reproduce
1、最新版谷歌浏览器（97.0.4692.71）；2、设置了合并行（span-method）的el-table；3、设置了max-height；4、有横向滚动条；5、固定右侧列；6、鼠标在每行之间来回悬停同时滚动滚轮

### What is Expected?
正常显示

### What is actually happening?
原本被固定列遮住的表格内容有部分显示在了固定列上方和固定列内容重叠了
