[Feature Request] When I use component SELECT's collapse-tags attribute, the " n" tag will displayed when the container is not installed.

Scenario: The width of the Select is very long, use "collapse-tags" attributes in multiple choices, and only one selection item and " n" tag are displayed, and it is very empty, not beautiful.

Personal advice: Can you display " n" to indicate other options when you can't put it below the SELECT width? If width have enough, you will not be displayed.
