[Feature Request] Add ability to customise card scale on carousel's card mode

I would like to customize the scale for the previous and next cards on the Carousel component when the card mode is enabled.
Currently, the scale is being set via-constant defined on the Carousel Item component, making it impossible to customize the scale. The goal would be achieved by converting scale into a prop for the Carousel Item.
