[Feature Request] Removing initial zeros in AM/PM format and turning off the highlighting of the time values

Hello. First of all - thanks for this awesome element ui <3

But, I need 2 things in our project:
1. Time should be without initial zeros, is there any possibility to make it the same as in the field but in the filter too?
2. Blue highlight of the time value just not needed, is there any possibility to turn it off?
