### Steps to reproduce
Slide slider to 100% and the toolTip displays 100. When scrolling through the view, the tooltip displays misplaced.（滑动slider至100%，tooltip显示100，当滚动视图，tooltip显示错位。）
### What is Expected?
The tooltip position is displayed correctly（tooltip位置正确显示）
### What is actually happening?
The tooltip displays incorrectly（tooltip显示错位了）
